A unique new housing option for Delawareans, these modular homes produce as much energy through solar panels as they use annually.

ZeMod is an Energize Delaware program, with down-payment assistance and low-interest financing available for qualifying homeowners.

The program is administered by Milford Housing Development Corporation and VEIC. Beracah Homes in Greenwood, Delaware, is manufacturing the homes.
