The ZeMod was the GRAND PRIZE Winner at the 2022 Department of Energy ZERO Energy Ready Home award ceremony held in Arizona at the annual conference. The future standard of excellence in housing is represented by the ZeMod.
ZeMod is an Energize Delaware program, with down-payment assistance and low-interest financing available for qualifying homeowners.
The program is administered by Milford Housing Development Corporation and VEIC. Beracah Homes in Greenwood, Delaware, is manufacturing the homes.
