The Energize Delaware Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program is currently being reviewed. Please Note: Effective September 11, 2011 rebate applications will not be accepted until further notification. Changes to the program will be communicated to participating contractors in the coming weeks. Projects submitted on or after September 11th will be subject to new Home Performance program guidelines and terms and conditions, including a rebate reservation system to secure rebate funds.
Contractors were notified by letter on September 1, 2011 about pending program changes and the rebate reservation system. For additional information see these FAQs.
