Equipment Incentive Application Forms
Due to the large number of applications received recently, the Efficiency Plus Business Program is transitioning to a financing program. As a result, we will stop accepting rebate applications on September 10, 2011.
All jobs must have scopes of work signed by the contractor and customer by August 31, 2011 and jobs must be completed and rebates applied for by September 10, 2011. All required documentation must accompany the application by the deadline to be eligible for a rebate. Supporting documentation sent via U.S. mail must be post marked by September 10, 2011.
Financing is not affected and is still be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Financing Application Forms
For financed projects, interest rates will vary based on application type and are subject to change.
- Commercial and non-profit current interest rate is 1.99% with a 7-year payback
- Public sector project current interest rate is 1.99% with a 10-year payback
Lease financing is also available for municipal or local government applicants.
All applicants must fill out the Program Application--updated application form 08/11/11. (Only pages 8, 9, 10 & 14 are required to be submitted)as well as a Credit Application form (updated 6/29/11). Applicants seeking funding for Public Sector projects must use the Public Sector Credit form.
